Investing in Young Aerospace Talent

At Brancaro Industries, we firmly believe that investing in young talent means investing in the future of aerospace.

Over the past three months, we had the pleasure of welcoming Nils Cauwel as an intern within our Engineering team. Nils, who studied Engineering in Paris, joined us as an Environmental Qualification Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in qualification processes within a certified aerospace environment.

His internship was part of a European mobility initiative designed to foster the professional development of students in the aeronautical field — an initiative we are proud to support as part of our commitment to international collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Opening our doors to young engineers from across Europe is more than a training opportunity; it is a shared learning experience that broadens perspectives, strengthens capabilities, and fuels innovation.

We thank Nils for his valuable contribution and wish him every success as he continues his career at Safran Aircraft Engines — a remarkable next step in his professional journey.
