Brancaro Industries S.r.l. is a company that designs, manufactures, and provides maintenance for integrated
electro-avionic systems for the ASD sector (Aerospace, Security and Defence).

Brancaro Industries S.r.l. aims to:
- Be a national and international reference point for the main clients in the ASD sector.
- Be an innovative and technologically customized company, thanks to continuous and direct communication with its customers, starting from a blank sheet or through university technology transfers.
- Develop a new customer-supplier relationship by becoming an indispensable partner for the development of advanced product specifications that optimize system performance for the construction of safe and sustainable equipment.

The main strategic objectives that Brancaro Industries S.r.l. intends to pursue are:

- A design optimization strategy to achieve better solutions than competitors.
- Ensuring full personnel competence in their respective fields, also developing problem-solving skills and individual and group time management to support internal and customer communication.
- Defining processes for achieving established objectives and promoting the continuous improvement of the QMS to reduce waste and risks through knowledge of human factors.
- Assessing risk to ensure full compliance and safety of supplied parts, as well as the operational continuity of the organization.
- Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information relevant to flight safety.
- Developing trusting relationships with suppliers of parts and services to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Promoting Safety at every level by applying the principles of Just Culture, where individuals are not punished for actions, omissions, or decisions that are commensurate with their experience and training and that result in a reportable event, but where deliberate negligence, intentional violations, and destructive acts are not tolerated.
